Happy Valentine’s Day!! I have a little something for you to celebrate – some free printable Valentine’s Day school lunch jokes! I shared these yesterday on Skip to My Lou as part of Cindy’s fab Print Your Own Valentines series. If you didn’t download these at Skip to My Lou yesterday, come and grab ’em now! : )

Regular Chickabug blog readers might recognize that these lunch jokes match the Valentine’s Day school lunch notes that I made earlier this year! Like the lunch notes, these jokes are super-quick, easy, and fun. And I’ve come up with a couple of different options for how you can use them!

For a sweet little treat, you can wrap them around Hershey miniatures – I used just a little double-sided tape to keep the labels in place.

Or, for the simplest option: just fold the joke slip over to hide the answer. To guard against early peeking, use a tiny dot of tape. Done.

Here’s my personal favorite way to present a school lunch joke: between Oreos! (Oreos are always the answer, aren’t they?!) Of course I had to buy the Berry Burst Ice Cream Oreos since they have bright pink filling. I used a little pink twine from The Twinery to hold everything together.

There are 6 jokes included in the printable, so you can spread them out for over a week’s worth of fun, or your little one can share them with his or her friends on Valentine’s Day!
