When Monique of Bash Party Styling said she was planning an ice cream theme first birthday party, I jumped at the chance to have her use my ice cream party theme for the event – and I’m so glad I did! Monique did an absolutely gorgeous job on the party (as she always does), and it was photographed beautifully by Arica Grafton Photography. This pink and white ice cream shoppe party for one-year-old Hadley is an absolute dream! Enjoy!

The sweets table had all kinds of ice cream themed desserts, including ice cream cone cake pops, ice cream sundae cupcakes, ice cream cone cookies, cotton candy cones, and a “melted” ice cream cake.

In addition to the sweets table, there was also a make-your-own ice cream bar.

Guests could choose a cup or a cone, and had whipped cream and lots of toppings to choose from.

Monique used patterned paper and printable buffet cards to dress up the whipped cream cans.

Hi! I am also planning a first birthday party at a local ice cream shop that is already decorated super cute and in pink! Question--did you also serve finger foods? The party is 130-330. So I wasnt sure if i should just have treats, or both?

Just stunning!!! Could you tell me how you plan for quantity of toppings and sauces for the amount of guests attending? I am having a ice cream sundae bar for my best friend getting married in a few weeks; we are expecting 30 people and I don't know how to plan quantity of toppings and sauces! Thank you!

Hi Bridget! Sorry, I don't know - I designed the printables but I didn't throw the party. My customer did. Here is an article that might help: http://www.thekitchn.com/themed-gatherings-host-an-ice-cream-party-171437
