How to make shamrock chips

This has to be the cutest snack for St. Patrick’s Day: homemade shamrock chips, made from spinach tortillas. (I just love a semi-homemade recipe where you can take credit for cooking without using any measuring cups.) Super festive for a St. Patrick’s Day celebration!

Preheat oven to 350Β°F.

Lay your spinach tortillas on a cutting board. Use a shamrock cookie cutter to cut out the shapes.

Lay the shapes on a baking sheet in a single layer and spray them with cooking spray. Flip and spray the other side with cooking spray as well. Lightly season with salt.

Bake for 5-10 minutes until crispy.

Serve with dip and enjoy!
