Sesame Street party: Cooper Cash is 1!
Posted under Birthday Parties, parties for boys, Sesame Street
Today’s party feature is a Sesame Street party! To celebrate her son’s first birthday, crafty mama Melissa went all out with polka dots, primary colors, and of course the classic characters we all know and love. How cute is Elmo, popping out of Cooper Cash’s cake?!

Melissa made the Elmo cake topper from scratch, using gumpaste.Β The cupcakes are decorated with cupcake wrappers and toppers, plus straw flags used as toppers as well.

The water bottle labels look extra-cute with the matching green bottle caps! (These are Dasani PlantBottles, purchased at Wal-Mart.)

Cooper Cash’s banner hangs at the entrance to the party, and a homemade Oscar the Grouch sign tells guests to “drop your stinkin’ gifts here” before going out back to the party. : )

Buffet cards label all of Cooper Cash’s goodies, including Elmo’s goldfish and crayons.

There’s birthday boy Cooper Cash! He’s playing “Pin the Nose on the Elmo.” And are you ready for this family photo op??

Such a sweet family picture! Thank you so much for sharing, Melissa – happy birthday to Cooper Cash! : )
