Today I’m happy to feature a very talented gal, Jessica of Max, Lucy & Vivi! Jessica planned and photographed her son Max’s puppy theme party, and I think you’ll agree, it’s just absolutely precious. From the aqua and red color scheme to the simple and sweet decor ideas to the awesome “dog food” cake, there are so many great ideas here!

The fire hydrant was a lucky find from Hobby Lobby! The table runner is simply made from butcher paper and paw print stamps. You could make a similar runner in any theme.

Jessica made bone-shaped sugar cookies with light aqua icing.

The puppy piñata came from Zurchers.

I cannot get over this cake! The bowl came from Petsmart and the “dog kibble”? Cocoa Puffs. How clever is that!

The party favors were made from kraft paper bags and the same paw stamp that was used for the table runner.

Each party favor contained a bag of “puppy chow” (more Cocoa Puffs!), a bone cookie, and a ball.

This is a great idea! Jessica gave each child a stuffed puppy in a takeout box – that way they could have their own little present after Max opened his gifts. Jessica says, “because it’s hard for three year olds to watch another kid open presents!”

I think this is just the sweetest party. Thank you so much for sharing, Jessica!
