Polka dot rainbow cake

One of my lovely customers, Sarah of Sweet Art Bakery, recently threw a rainbow party for her daughter Emily and she made this most amazing polka dotted rainbow cake! I just had to share because it’s so beautiful. (And yes, it’s rainbow striped on the inside, too!)
