Mini hamburger cookies (a no bake recipe!)

Cute overload!! That’s all I can say about these mini hamburger cookie bites, which are – surprisingly! – a no-bake recipe. The “bun” is Nilla Wafers, the “patty” is a Grasshopper mint cookie, and a few colors of icing later… it’s a teeny tiny burger cookie!
This fab idea is by Lisa of hoopla palooza, who not only thought up the no-bake burger cookie but found the perfect finishing touches for it: fry liners from World Market plus mini red gingham baking cups.
