The bottom half of the bar is an ultra-soft, chewy sugar cookie bar with a whole lot of sprinkles in it. And unlike most sugar cookies you don’t have to chill the dough before cooking – you just press it in the pan and you’re good to go.
The light and fluffy buttercream frosting is just as thick as the sugar cookie underneath (YESSSS). Another dose of sprinkles on top and the bars are done. They’re perfect for a party… of one, or maybe more. ; )
