Joint Golf Birthday Party for Truman & Beth
Posted under Birthday Parties, golf, parties for boys, parties for girls
What to do when your baby is turning one and you’re turning thir-TEE? Throw a joint golf birthday party, of course! That’s what my sweet customer Beth did for her and her son Truman. To decorate the party, Beth used my golf party printable package (personalized mostly just for Truman, since babies do tend to steal the show!). ; ) Kids played fun golf themed games and treated themselves to goodies at the “Pro Shop.” It was a par-TEE to remember!

Beth printed out welcome signs for on the driveway and the front door.

The golf cake standย used to display the birthday “CUPcakes” is from Oriental Trading.

Beth made lots of birthday banners, including a month-by-month photo display for Truman and a second display of the two of them together (I love that!).

Party hats, napkin rings, centerpieces, and lots more were all from the printable kit.

Beth says, “We used big blow up golf balls for the ‘driving range.’ Each kid picked upย a golf club in the ‘pro shop’ and could hit the blow up balls. This way, they weren’t hitting any balls that could hurt someone. ๐ I had enough of the blow up balls for each kid as a favor as well.”

Beth says, “The putting green was great for the older kids but the biggest hit at the party was the ‘sand trap.’ It was perfect for the smaller kids. There were even two 6 month olds that sat in there.”

The cardboard golf carts were also from Oriental Trading. Beth says she used them as “to-go” cupcake containers and also as decor.

The “I am 1!” banner and the “guess the number of tees” game are both included in the printables kit.

In addition to a golf club and blow up golf ball, each child also picked out a golf ball sippy cup at the “Pro Shop.”

Such a great party – you thought of every detail! Thank you so much for sharing, Beth! Happy birthday to you and Truman! : )
