Golf party: Sage and Wilson are 4!

Shared birthday parties can mean twice the fun – like in this sweet golf party for 4-year-old best friends! Crafty mama Carole Anne says, “my son Sage and his buddy Wilson were born 8 hours apart and both just happen to love golf. Wilson’s mom is really crafty and made the signs and the flags for the centerpieces. I had the best time with all the plays on words! We held the party at the local country club and were so lucky that the pros were willing to give a little putting lesson and golf cart rides.”

Golf water labels look especially fun on green bottles! These are Jelly Belly green apple sodas, which Carole Anne found at TJ Maxx. She says, “they were $1.99 for four bottles. A great find!”

The “golf club sandwiches” are Crustables wrapped with strips of scrapbooking paper. The green kiwi lollipops were found at Michael’s.

Editable buffet cards were personalized with cute food names, such as these “sand traps” – Rice Krispie treats dipped in white icing and green sprinkles!

Each favor box is labeled with a custom sticker.

Inside the favor box are personalized golf balls and tees sitting in a bed of green crinkled “grass.”

Sage and Wilson and their guests had a fantastic day golfing! And I adore the little dress that Sage’s baby sister, Tyson, is wearing. (It was a lucky find from a temporary sale on Zulily.com.)

The kids’ temporary tattoos came from Ladies Golf World.

Of course, getting a golf cart ride was the highlight of the day!

Thank you so much for sharing, Carole Anne! Happy birthday to Wilson and Sage! : )
