Golf party: Grant is 1!

This adorable golf theme first birthday party was put together by my sweet customer Maria for her one-year-old son, Grant. Maria used the golf theme from my shop for most of the party decor!

The front of Grant’s high chair was decorated with a printable banner, and behind it, a personalized sign from Zazzle was hung on the wall.

The argyle plates and the golf par-tee cake stand (there’s a golf flag on it, just out of the picture!) are from Oriental Trading. The printable cupcake toppers are from Chickabug.

Maria opted for printable water bottle labels, and she printed and assembled them herself. Super cute on the mini water bottles!

Now, this is a cool idea for a golf theme decoration – golf tee centerpieces!

Maria says, “My mom had this playful idea to make these tissue puffs look like golf balls on a tee. She ordered these soccer horns and then glued the puffs onto the upside-down horn. Then, placed them into a flower pot filled with sand. Start with wet sand at the bottom then top with fresh sand for a prettier finish.”

The cupcakes were decorated with personalized cupcake toppers, and the bar was labeled with printable signs. Guests could have Arnold Palmers (iced tea with lemonade) or a John Daly (an Arnold Palmer with vodka added).

Time for cake! Grant’s smash cake was a healthy, no-sugar-added cake.
