One of the things I'd like to do with my shiny new blog is to…
Goldfish party: Jackson is 1!
Posted under Birthday Parties, goldfish, parties for boys
Bright orange, bright blue, and goldfish galore was the theme for 1-year-old Jackson’s birthday party! Jackson’s mom Diana chose the theme because Jackson’s favorite food is Goldfish crackers. She made a wonderful cloth backdrop that was the highlight of the decor, and added loads of hand-crafted details that made the party special.

All of the goldfish-shaped tags that labeled the candies were handmade.

This is the cutest idea! Aqua-colored Sixlets with little orange Goldfish crackers “swimming” in the fishbowl. Aww!

The blue table held party favors, and the orange table is the sweets bar. The desserts and candy included a cake, iced sugar cookies, gourmet popcorn, white chocolate covered pretzels with fish sprinkles, York Peppermint Pattie Pieces, Reese’s Cups, blue and orange M&M’s, Goldfish crackers, Sixlets, Cookies and Cream Hershey Kisses, rock candy, Jelly Belly Jelly Beans, gummy sharks, and lollipops.

Another great idea: The lollipops are displayed in a fishbowl that’s full of marbles and plastic goldfish.

A lot of love went into all of those details – you can tell!
Thank you so much for sharing, Diana! Happy birthday to Jackson! : )
