A pink and navy blue nautical party is just adorable for a little girl's birthday…
Gold and pink nautical party: Parker is 1!

This absolutely fabulous pink and gold nautical first birthday party was styled by my talented friend Courtney of Courtney Adams Design, and it’s quite simply one of the prettiest parties I’ve ever seen! Courtney used her interior design talents and impeccable eye for detail to create this gorgeous party for her one-year-old daughter, Parker.
To decorate the party, Courtney used the pink nautical theme designs from my shop and added a big dose of glittery gold, with a show-stopping sequined gold backdrop and a light-up gold anchor. Guests were treated to light fare and desserts, including cupcakes and cotton candy. Birthday girl Parker loved every minute, and was dressed to the nines in a pink and navy blue dress and a tiny glittered party hat!

The amazing sequined gold table runners are from On The Go Fabric (and are way more affordable than I ever would’ve guessed!). The light-up anchor was a great find at Homegoods. And, giant balloons from Shop Sweet Lulu added extra drama to the party table.

The stunning “One” cake topper is from Better Off Wed. The anchor cupcake picks are from MoosesCreations, and the cupcake wrappers are printables from Chickabug.

Each of the dishes was labeled with a printable buffet card from Chickabug.

Putting watermelon wedges on sticks makes them fun to eat (no utensils required)!

A themed welcome wreath – always homemade – is one of Courtney’s signature party elements. She made the glittered gold “1” inside of the door wreath by following this tutorial, using Martha Stewart gold glitter. Courtney says, “Martha Stewart glitter is the ONLY way to go!”

Parker’s birthday banner was hung over a bookshelf adjacent to the party table. Lollipops were also on display on the bookshelf – each one labeled with a personalized party circle.

The drink station was set up on a side table with a photo display of Parker’s first year. Small mason jars were decorated with printable party circles, and two types of drinks were served – tea, plus an adults-only sangria.

A make-your-own cotton candy station was set up on a small round table. Simple and sweet!

Birthday girl Parker was wearing a glittered party hat headband from Little Blue Olive. How cute is she!!

Parker sure loved her first taste of birthday cake!

Children took home anchor-shaped crayons in bags tied with gold glitter ribbon from Hobby Lobby. The printable favor tags are from Chickabug.

Such an absolutely gorgeous party – thank you so much, Courtney!! Happy birthday to Parker! : )
