There’s nothing better than an absolutely brilliant and impressive birthday cake that anyone can make and decorate themselves. I know this because I have zero cake decorating skills but I’m entirely confident that I could make a cake just like this one. ; ) It’s a chocolate cake covered in malt powder, topped with a toy Tonka truck filled with chocolate candies and malt balls. I think the cascade of candy down the side is what makes it really special.
