This delicious chocolate bark combines 3 of my all time favorites: banana chips, cashews, and of course, chocolate! If you love those as much as I do, you’ve got to try this banana nut chocolate bark recipe by The Recipe Diva.
Banana Nut Chocolate Bark
Ingredients
16 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
6 ounces white chocolate chips
1/2 cup banana chips
1/4 cup unsalted cashews

Instructions
Place a large piece of parchment paper on the counter. You’ll make the chocolate bark on top of the parchment paper.
Put the semi sweet chocolate chips in a large bowl and melt them in the microwave. Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper. Spread it out into a 9×11 inch rectangle.
Put the the white chocolate chips in a small bowl and melt them in the microwave. Drop the melted white chocolate on top of the semi sweet chocolate.
Use a knife and swirl the white chocolate down and up. Then swirl it back and forth.
Lightly press the banana chips and unsalted cashews into the melted chocolate.
Let the chocolate bark dry for about 3-4 hours. If your chocolate bark is not firming up, place it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to help speed up the drying process. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
