Happy 4th of July!! I can already hear fireworks going off near my house (and…
When I was a kid, what I looked forward to most on the Fourth of July was getting to light sparklers after the sun went down. Sparklers are so magical, I still love them and I bet you do too! Why not make them even a little more special by decorating them with free printable tags (and, while you’re at it, why not jazz up your matchbooks with special covers)!
I designed this printable exclusively for HowDoesShe newsletter subscribers, so be sure to read the info at the bottom of this post to learn how to get them!

These free 4th of July printables (which I designed for HowDoesShe) will add that little extra something to your party! These are just for display though, of course – you need to remove the paper before lighting the sparklers. They’ll make your sparklers and matches into a pretty display to enjoy during the party, and will help build anticipation for the moment when they can be lit up!

It’s easy to make the sparkler tags and matchbook covers. You can print them out in black-on-white or white-on-black, or both. Then you just cut each item out.

Use a small hole punch (or Xacto knife) to cut holes in the top and bottom of the sparkler tags, then thread the sparklers through.

Secure the matchbook covers with a glue stick or tape.

Then you’re done and ready to display your sparklers in style! Happy 4th of July! : )
