This week, I'm giving away a copy of Courtney Dial Whitmore's gorgeous new cookbook, Frostings. It's not too late…
Links I’m Loving: 4th of July ideas
Posted under DIY holiday decor, holidays, links I'm loving, patriotic holidays

Happy FRIDAY, friends! I hope you saw the free printable 4th of July ice cream cone wrappers that I posted this past week? It was my contribution as part of a group of 100+ bloggers who all posted 4th of July ideas on the same day. So for this week’s best links, I wanted to feature some of the other ideas from that round-up! Here are some of my faves:
Patriotic pom pom wreath by Flamingo Toes – to me, the poms look like fuzzy little fireworks!
Hair chalking for the 4th of July by Girl Loves Glam – I’ve never heard of hair chalking before, and this is so cool looking.
Salted watermelon slushies by Cherished Bliss – it you’ve never tried it, trust me on the watermelon-and-salt thing. It’s soooo good.
DIY USA cork board by Craft-O-Maniac – chic, modern, and best of all, useful!
Star spangled pastry desserts by Giggles Galore – puff pastry stars with whipped cream, blueberries and strawberries. Yum!
