ARRRR you ready for an awesome pirate party? : ) It was submitted by Madeline of Maddylicious, who planned the party for her son’s 6th birthday. Madeline says, “Jaden has always loved to play dress-up! When time rolled around to plan Jaden’s 6th birthday, without a second thought, Jaden knew he wanted to ‘walk the plank’ and have a pirate party. We had a pirate come visit, the boys played with their swords, and all got to have their faces painted. It was a great success – what an amazing day we all had!”
Now that’s a pirate cake! Madeline says, “Since I bake for a living, of course I made Jaden’s birthday cake (3 layers of vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate yumminess!), and all the vanilla and cookie dough cupcakes!”
The pirate cupcake stand, toppers, goodie bags, banner, and other themed decor were all found at HomeGoods.
The boys enjoyed pizza and snacked on colored nachos, crackers and dip, and caprese bites (toasted bread topped with mozzarella, grape tomato, basil, and olive oil).
