My obsession with bite-sized food in cups continues! ; ) These are strawberry cream cheese cookie tarts courtesy of Betty Crocker. The tarts are made with sugar cookie dough, and the filling is a whipped strawberry cream cheese mix with frosting on top. Add heart shaped sprinkles and you’re good to go for Valentine’s Day, or a fresh strawberry slice on top would be yummy too! See the full recipe here.
