Here’s an adorable first birthday party courtesy of crafty mama Jamie! For her son Nico’s party, she started with some safari printables and then went wild (pun totally intended) making matching accessories on her own. Take a peek!

A homemade sign welcomes guests to the party, and cutie pie Nico is wearing a custom shirt by Stitcheroos. The printable birthday banner is from my shop.

I thought that Nico’s high chair banner had to have been purchased from Etsy, but no – Jamie made it herself! And at the dessert table, along with personalized cupcake toppers, Jamie printed extra copies of the safari banner to make a mini-banner (a great idea).

The month-by-month photo banner (below) is another homemade touch.

Jamie planned several games for the children, including pin the nose on the lion and a craft project – animal stick puppets. Party favors included personalized crazy straw cups, tied in a bag and finished with a personalized favor circle. Guests also took home packs of animal crackers and animal masks.

Time for cake – how cute is that little frown! “Hmmm, that giant cupcake is gonna be a challenge…” : )

Thank you so much for sharing, Jamie! Happy first birthday Nico!
