Circus birthday party: TJ is 4 and Taylor is 1!

Step right up, it’s a circus theme party for brothers TJ and Taylor! This amazing party was styled by Brittany of GreyGrey Designs. She incorporated lots of classic circus details straight out of a big top, including tickets, circus animals, clowns, popcorn, cotton candy, and red-and-white-stripes. The showstopper was definitely the huge, lit-up marquee “T” that Brittany made as the party table backdrop! The welcome wreath was made using tickets from Oriental Trading and printables from Chickabug. The ticket ...

Nautical party: Jackson is 1!

This nautical theme first birthday party is so sweet! It was styled by my wonderful customer Jenn for her son, Jackson. Even before entering the party, each child received an embroidered sailor hat from Miss LuLu’s. The homemade sign reads, “Ahoy Mates! Grab your sailor hat and come on in!” The front door wreath is a ship’s anchor made from a yarn-wrapped styrofoam ring and wooden stir sticks (so clever, ...

There’s nothing better than getting photos from customers after a party! Sometimes I get dozens or hundreds from a single party, and sometimes I get one or two. That was the case for this awesome picture – even though it’s just a single pic, I just have to share it! The shark water labels look awesome, especially next to the blue punch, straws and cups. LOVE IT. : )   Shop for personalized ...

Western theme birthday party

For her Dad’s 55th birthday, Nora of Sugar & Sparkle threw a rustic western theme party that featured a salty and sweet food table. To set the scene, Nora says, “We used a lot of props that we own from our ranch, used old doors taken off of one of my dad’s properties, and a variety of crates and hay bales.” Salty snacks included beef jerky, pistachios, almonds, mini pretzels, chocolate dipped pretzel rods, ...

This sweet alligator theme birthday party was sent in by my sweet customer, Melissa! Melissa’s son Slevin celebrated his first birthday with adorable alligator cookies, personalized alligator theme goodies, and a really amazing birthday cake. Slevin’s alligator cake and smash cake were made by a (very talented!) family friend. The crocodile cookies are from Cherie’s Bakery. Guests also ate “alligator eggs” and “alligator nests” (chocolate eggs and pretzel rods). The personalized water ...

Sesame Street party: Benjamin is 2!

Today’s featured party is a Sesame Street birthday party for 2-year-old Benjamin! Ben’s mom, Allison, sent in these pictures and I’m so impressed how she packed so much entertainment into an indoor party – that’s not always easy! But as you’ll see, she had a caricaturist, a music area, and an indoor bounce house (yep, you read that right!) for the kids to enjoy, plus lots of Sesame Street theme decorations and ...

Robot party: Camden is 7!

This bright and creative robot birthday party was thrown by my friend Christine of Pure Joy Events for her 7-year-old son, Camden. Christine says, “These days I’m all about keeping parties simple and fuss-free. For me, that means having parties outside of the home. This year, we celebrated with a robotics party at Ideaventions, a local ‘discovery lab for kids.’” Christine usually prints her own invitations, but this year she ...

Motorcycle party: Oliver is 2!

But this motorcycle theme birthday party goes to show that you can have a fabulous party in any theme that’s meaningful to you and your family! Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Party

This adorable birthday party for a brother and sister, submitted by Full Time Wife Life, will have you singing M-I-C… K-E-Y… M-O-U-S-E! It’s oh-so-perfectly Mickey, with a little dash of Minnie, too. And all of the ideas are totally doable, which I love. You’re going to want to pin this one for later! Enjoy!! The 3-year-old birthday boy’s cake was decorated to look like Mickey Mouse, with two black ears and two white ...
