Party Palette: Fall colors

This adorable cake is from a grandparents’ day party but the color scheme is just right for fall! It’s not-quite-Halloween-y, despite the black and orange. Love it! Party Palette: Fall party

This is just an absolutely perfect color palette for a sophisticated fall party! Instead of bright orange, there are pretty shades of brown, peach, and even a bit of coral. It absolutely screams “fall” without using a single leaf (and only the tiniest of pumpkins). Really lovely. {one pretty pin} Thanksgiving pie bar

Now this is a dessert bar! This is a gorgeous way to serve desserts at Thanksgiving. I spy two kinds of pie, a tart, and pints of vanilla ice cream on ice (such a clever idea). Another nice touch is the squeeze bottle of sauce that’s wrapped in a white napkin and twine. The photo and products are from Pottery Barn. Turkey yourself! An adorable DIY Thanksgiving card

This is the cutest and simplest idea ever for a Thanksgiving card! It’s courtesy of Julie of Happy Home Fairy, who made these cards this year with her son. Behold the adorableness that happens when you… turkey yourself! The turkey is made by gluing hand-cut pieces of colored card stock to heavy white paper, so this craft really couldn’t be easier – especially given how completely precious it is! For ...
