These Easter egg nest cakes aren’t just adorable, they’re so easy to decorate that your kids can help! The Victorian sponge cakes are frosted with store-bought icing, then topped with edible Easter grass and Cadbury mini eggs. You could even add a marshmallow Peep chick as the “mother hen” (although I think the nests are so sweet and simple just with the eggs!).
