With gold glitter, soft pink accents, and a stunning three-tier cake topped with a crown, this pink and gold first birthday party was truly fit for a princess! It was thrown by fashion blogger Mars Saunders of The Simple Swan for her one-year-old daughter, Aviana. You’ve got to see the photos of Aviana asleep in front of her smash cake – it’s the cutest thing ever.

I love the “bubbles and beer” station! The balloons on the wall are a fantastic touch.

Aviana’s gorgeous smash cake is ready to go, but… the birthday girl is all tired out! (Heart… melting… yep. There it goes. How cute is she!)

Hi! Did you make the letters "ONE" for her high chair yourself or did you buy those?

Hi Bernadette! I'm pretty sure Marissa (Aviana's mom) made those herself.

Did she use white or cream on the cakes and table cloth?
Also did you use a different shade of pink for the flowers rather then the light pink of the cake, banner etc.?

The tablecloth looks like white to me. Sorry, I don't know about the rest, this is just a party I featured on my blog - I didn't have anything to do with it!

Loved all the details for this, especially the simple & chic high chair decor! I borrowed the idea, but since I was posting pics on my blog - I credited your site. Hope that's ok! http://leaveittobrittni.blogspot.com

Beautiful pics. Can you tell what color and brand you used for the mason jars. There are so many 'golds' and that is the one I like best. Its so soft looking. Thank you.
