{customer photos} Train wreath and party favors

My sweet customer Shannon sent me these pictures from her son Drew’s second birthday party! She used a printable banner pennant to create a special balloon wreath. Then, she made precious party favors (featuring a train whistle, a bandanna, and a conductor’s hat) and tied each one with a yellow ribbon and a printable favor tag.
