For two-year-old Blake, only one theme would do – John Deere tractors! Crafty mama Gillian made Blake’s party special by ordering handmade and custom goodies from several shops from Etsy, and by making the much of the decor and all of the food herself. And then there’s the cardboard box maze, which looks so fun… read on for all the details!

John Deere party decor

Naturally the entire party had to be done in bright green and yellow! Gillian made the balloon wreath. The paper straws are from Shabbygirl2, and the printable straw flags are from Chickabug.

John Deere party table

Blake’s dessert table features candy, cookies, and cake. Gillian made the happy birthday banner and all of the food, including the two-tier, fondant-covered birthday cake.

John Deere party - truffles on a stick

Homemade Oreo truffle pops were displayed in a small haystack along with horse, cow and chick cutouts from My Paper Pantry.

John Deere water labels and cupcakes

The water bottle labels are by Chickabug, and the homemade cupcakes are topped with chocolate tractors by Autumn Lynn’s Chocolate Sins.

John Deere napkin rings and utensils

How cute are the napkins and utensils, all wrapped in printable napkin rings!

John Deere theme month-by-month photo banner

Gillian made the month-by-month photo banner on her own – all the way from 1 month through 2 years.

John Deere party table

A fabric banner by GiddyGumdrops hangs above the outdoor food table. The John Deere balloons are from The Party Works.

Box maze for a birthday party

“My wonderful husband made the box maze,” Gillian says. “It was a huge hit! The kids spent pretty much the entire time in there except for presents, cake, and piñata time!”

John Deere party favor buckets

Favor buckets were labeled with printable favor tags from Chickabug, and filled with John Deere treats purchased from Run Green.

John Deere party

Blake is wearing a personalized John Deere birthday shirt from SoModish. And he got quite the birthday present! : )

Thank you so much for sharing, Gillian! Happy 2nd birthday to Blake!
