Rainbow party: Charlotte is 4!

August 13, 2012  ·  Posted under Birthday Parties, rainbow

For 4-year-old Charlotte’s rainbow theme party, mom Gina pulled inspiration from her favorite party sites and then got crafty! Gina says, “I found inspiration on sites like Pinterest and Catch My Party” – and it shows! My favorite detail is the cake tutu. It’s a must-see. Enjoy!

Almost everything you see here is homemade! The fabulous cake tutu, poms, and miniature cake bunting are all DIY.

Seriously, how over-the-top is the cake tutu?! I can’t get over it! : )

Gina made the rainbow cakes in jar from scratch, then added printable circles to jazz up the lids.

Personalized water labels are always a big hit at a party!

Charlotte’s rainbow tutu and personalized top are by Tickle My Tutu.

Mason jars and Izze sodas in every color are party-perfect!

Printable straw flags are so sweet on rainbow-colored striped paper straws.

Gina added printable circles to swirly lollipops and treat baskets on Charlotte’s candy table.

Amazing job Gina – thank you for sharing! Happy birthday to Charlotte!

how cute, love all the details she put into this party. I think my favorite is the tutu around the cake ... or the rainbow colored Izze pop's :)

Seriously, I almost wonder if Izze came out in rainbow colors just so that they'd be perfect for parties!
