I’m honored to feature a truly stunning Cinderella theme party that was styled by Jenni of Dear Lillie! Jenni’s daughter, Lillian Annabel, requested a Cinderella theme for her third birthday, and Jenni created a magical party full of timeless, handmade details. My favorite thing? Instead of using the colorful cartoon version of Cinderella, Jenni used monochromatic silhouettes of the most familiar characters (plus Cinderella’s glass slipper!) to convey her theme. Besides being elegant, this idea was also really cost-effective – all of the decor cost less than $50 to create!
Jenni says, “Lillie and I had lots of fun adding glitter to little glass slippers cut out of pale gray cardstock.”
The beautiful “L” decoration is made from white cupcake liners.
The lovely birthday girl, Lillie! Even her princess dress, crown and gloves were handmade.
These pretty hangtags came from The Porcelain Rose on Etsy.
Jenni and Lillie made a paper cake (shown on the right) using scrapbook paper and – believe it or not – plain printer paper!
Such a magical party – thank you for sharing, Jenni! : )
