HOW CUTE ARE THESE CUPCAKES! I knew as soon as I saw this video tutorial this morning that I’d have to share it! The project is presented by Sophie and Katherine, co-owners of Georgetown Cupcake and stars of DC Cupcakes on TLC, which I am already addicted to. ; )
The project is totally simple: all you need is a baking pan, tin foil, ice cream cones, cake batter, frosting, and toppings.
Cover the baking pan with tin foil, poke a few holes in it, and insert the cones. Fill the cones mostly full with batter. (Sophie and Katherine always use an ice cream scoop to pour their batter to ensure that every cupcake is the same size.)
Bake the cupcakes for 20 minutes at 350 degrees, and then you can decorate them however you’d like. So simple, and so cute!
